Well, we have some great news and some dissapointing news to report. The disapointing news is that Baby Casey did not feel like cooperating today and we still don't know if were expecting a boy or girl. Try as we did to get the baby to move, he or she was not in the mood to show off the "goods". Also, we were the very last appointment of the day and we're pretty sure the ultrasound technition wanted to get home. The Dr. explained that we may be able to do another ultrasound later on but Baby Casey could end up being a surprise. It's not what Travis or I were hoping for but it's not what's most important. The great news we are happy to share is that Baby Casey is perfectly healthy and growing! He/she is right on track for size, has a healthy beating heart, and is developing just as he/she should be. We could not be more happy about that! Baby Casey is a mover and a shaker already. The ultrasound tech had a bit of a time just keeping up! We got some great 4D images and we think he/she looks like Travis but with my (i.e. the Solem) lips! Baby also has Travis' very long toes. I'm desperately hoping that feature doesn't stick! Our next appointment is July 31st so we will keep you all updated as we go along. In the meantime, enjoy some pics of our precious little surprise!

Put one-half can frozen OJ in blender.
Add 1 cup water and 1 cup milk.
Add one-third cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Fill to top with ice and blend!
