Halfway Home

20 weeks

Hello again family and friends! This week we reached a milestone—20 weeks! We are now halfway to meeting our new addition! Aside from actually making it to the halfway point, not much has changed in the past few weeks. Baby Casey is on the move quite a bit and seems to really love spicy food, especially enchiladas. I love to feel him/her dancing around in there and Travis can now feel it too! Sleeping at night is getting a little trickier and I’m up about 4 pillows in my “nest”. I had a minor freak-out this weekend when I realized that even fewer of my pre-pregnancy clothes fit me anymore. Thankfully Mom was here to take me shopping at the maternity store and I was able to find a lot of cute things to keep the bump growing in style! We are EAGERLY looking forward to our big ultrasound on Tuesday not only to learn the gender of the baby of course, but just to see how our little pumpkin (or should I say turkey- it is a November baby after all) is doing there!
